Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
- Go to Recipe Kit Settings
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select higher tier
- Confirm - new features available immediately
- Prorated charge for current cycle
Downgrading
- Go to Settings > Plan
- Select lower tier
- Confirm change
- Takes effect at next billing cycle
- Keep premium features until cycle ends
Canceling
- Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels
- Find Recipe Kit
- Select Cancel subscription
- Access continues until billing cycle ends
- Recipes remain, resubscribe anytime to restore
Billing Through Shopify
Recipe Kit billing is managed through Shopify:
- Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
- Same billing cycle as other app charges
- Find invoices in Settings > Billing
